About the Project

Nikki Beach Residences is an ocean-view development by Aldar Properties on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. These are the first branded residences in Ras Al Khaimah. The complex comes in collaboration with Nikki Beach Global, which has 20+ years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry worldwide.

You have the opportunity to choose from a collection of 1-4 bedroom apartments, in addition to just four 5-bedroom sky terraces and three 5-bedroom sky villas. In total, there are 803 units both with and without furniture.

The average size of the residences ranges from 969 sq. ft to 7,395 sq. ft. Each apartment has a laundry room, a dresser, a powder room and a balcony.

There will also be a wide array of core services available, such as concierge, housekeeping in the common areas, valet parking, and a bookable game room, among others. For an extra fee, you can use a la carte services which include car washing, chauffeur and house car, lifestyle support, re-allocation and move-in assistance, car rental, pet care, childcare and more.

Nikki Beach Residences will be equipped with smart technology to facilitate the lives of its residents. Among the distinguishing features are EV chargers, BMS, smart automated blinds, and a residents’ app.
